Buying a home can be the biggest investment you'll ever make, and it requires you to make  serious decisions that can be very confusing and overwhelming. It's important to make these decisions based on sound advice from an experienced real estate professional that is watching out for your best interests. Representing a home buyer consists of a lot more then just showing a client houses.

 

What I do for Tucson Home Buyers

·         First we'll meet and discuss your goals and what you're looking for in a home. Maybe you need a home a little closer to work, or you're relocating to Tucson and aren't yet familiar with the area. When we meet I'll ask you all sorts of questions to narrow down our home search. I'll also recommend you contact a lender in order to pre qualify for your home loan.

·         While you're working on loan pre qualification, I'll begin searching properties that meet your criteria. I'll search for and preview potential properties,  and inform you of homes that meet your  needs. Together we'll visit and assess each property, and I'll provide an analysis of each home, pointing out  the good and the bad.

·         Once we find the home of your dreams we'll sit down and prepare on offer.  I'll walk you through the sales contract and explain all the terms involved, and we'll determine a price and conditions that will best meet your goals.  I'll then present the offer to the sellers and their agent, and I'll work with you to negotiate a contract that's acceptable to both parties.

·         Once we have a mutually agreed upon contract, I'll create and monitor a timeline of contingency dates that both buyer and seller must meet for the home to sell.  I'll open escrow, schedule and attend a home appraisal and various inspections for the house, and negotiate any requested repairs or price adjustments that might be needed as a result.  I'll maintain contact with the escrow office, title company, sellers agent and lender to ensure that all transaction services are being carried out correctly and in your best interest. Prior to closing we'll review your closing costs to verify that all charges are correct, and I'll attend closing with you to assure that all terms of the contract were met.
