What I do for Tucson Home Sellers

  • Once you contact me about selling your home my job begins! My first step is to  research homes values and sales statistics in your community to help you determine the most effective price to sell your home. During our preliminary meeting  we'll get to know each other so that we'll have open and honest  communication throughout the sales transaction. Next we'll discuss your goals and how I can best assist you in meeting them.  We'll take a tour of your home and assess how it compares to other properties in the area, and finally we'll determine a sales price and terms that we both agree on so that I can sell your home!

  • Now my work really begins! After  we've agreed on a sales price and terms, my main focus is to sell your home!  First we'll discuss steps that you can take to help sell your home, such as home repairs, "de cluttering" and staging with furniture.  A good first impression is important; it can help increase your home's sales price and reduce the days on market. In the meantime I'll be marketing your home to prospective buyers and real estate professionals working with buyers.  I'll create a personalized website to market your home specifically, use other promotional materials to ensure maximum exposure for your home and provide weekly  progress reports to give you feedback and keep you updated.

  •  When we receive an offer on your home, we'll meet to discuss the contract's terms and we'll negotiate so that the transaction will best meet your goals. After an offer is accepted  I  create and monitor a timeline of contingency dates that both buyer and seller must follow to ensure the sale of your home.  I'll coordinate and attend the home appraisal and all home inspections, and assist you in any renegotiation that may be needed as a result.  I'll  keep in active contact with the escrow office, title company,  buyer's representative and you to ensure every step of the sales transaction is being followed correctly and is in your best interest.
