Northwest Tucson is a fast growing community that has had a population explosion over the last 20 years. Included in this area are Oro Valley and parts of the rural communities of Marana and Catalina.

Majestic mountains and easy access to downtown are just two reasons why West and SW Tucson are desirable to so many.
Incorporated in 1940, the city of South Tucson is a square mile area located just south of downtown.
East and Southeast Tucson continue to experience rapid residential growth. Along with a strong corporate presence, great restaurants and some of Tucson’s best hiking can be found here.
